GRAND PRIX 2022 for Gravity Drilling Technology

The 27th edition of the WOD-KAN 2022 trade fair has concluded. For us it was a very interesting and productive event. Our technology attracted strong interest from visitors. For many, a pleasant surprise was our innovation: the ability to carry out fully trenchless construction of underground networks between existing sewer manholes, and the capability to work in all soil conditions, including areas with groundwater. Numerous discussions with representatives of design offices and contractors, who saw new potential in our solution, will yield benefits for all of us — the citizens of Poland — in the form of reduced impacts from underground water and sewer construction on the surroundings and lower social costs for such projects. We will all spend less time dealing with traffic disruptions, and the environmental burden will be reduced. Year after year we see growing interest in factoring into new projects not only the direct construction costs but also social costs, which increase when works are carried out in denser urban areas.

The innovative nature of our steered, horizontal precision drilling technology was also recognized by the GRAND PRIX trade fair jury, which awarded it the prize for the best product in the water and wastewater sector. We hope this recognition will help broaden the adoption of our technology in the underground water and sewer installation industry.
