Trenchless, completed in one day
In the centre of Władysławowo, adjacent to the PKP railway station, we completed rehabilitation of two sewer sections in a record time — in a single day. Using modern trenchless technology, the works did not disrupt pedestrian or road traffic, despite being carried out next to a recently refurbished promenade, one of the town's landmarks.

Network condition required immediate intervention
The rehabilitated section was constructed of clay pipes and was in very poor structural condition. Numerous cracks, losses and overall degradation posed a risk to continued operation. Diagnostics identified key defects that required prompt repair.
We installed modern modular PP225 pipes that fitted the existing infrastructure. Importantly, the work was carried out without disrupting the surface, avoiding costly repairs and reinstatement.
Challenge – work in 1000 mm receiving manholes
A particular challenge was working in receiving manholes with a 1000 mm diameter, referred to locally as "tysiączki". These confined spaces impose significant constraints on both equipment and operators. They require precision and experience operating compact, advanced machinery. Thanks to tight coordination within the team, the works proceeded quickly and without incidents.
Technology suited to a tourist town
Władysławowo is a tourist destination that becomes particularly busy in the summer season. Under those conditions, traditional excavation-based repair methods — requiring open trenches and road closures — would be unacceptable. The trenchless method used, employing the Wiertnica Grawitacyjna system, is suitable even during peak season, allowing work to be carried out almost unnoticed and without disrupting daily life in the town.
Modern technology that makes a difference
We rehabilitated a total of 51 metres of network (21 m and 30 m) within a record timeframe. The installation of 31 modular PP225 pipes provided effective renewal without damaging the surface. The works were completed quickly, and the renewed network is expected to operate reliably for decades.
Why trenchless?
Traditional rehabilitation methods cause significant disruption — surface damage, road closures and high reconstruction costs. Trenchless technology avoided these issues. Pedestrians and drivers were able to move freely throughout the works.
